Knowledge is having the numbers.

A spreadsheet stores your numbers. Cnario turns them into decisions. Model your unit economics, test any scenario, and never spend blind again. See the assumptions and the confidence range behind every number.

A spreadsheet trusts your typos.

A 2024 study found critical errors in 94% of business spreadsheets. One wrong cell, and "profitable" can easily turn into "losing money for six months." You never get a warning, just a number that looks fine. A spreadsheet believes whatever you type. Cnario flags inputs.

Scenario comparison.

Current pricing vs. new pricing. Scaling ads vs. hiring. Best case vs. the case you're afraid of. One table: revenue, net profit, margin, CAC, LTV:CAC, payback, ROMI. Decisions are put in actionable numbers, so you reclaim full control.

Total transparency by design.

Every hardcoded business constant: churn defaults, benchmark tables, safety margins, sits in an "Assumptions" panel.

Who Uses Cnario, and For What

Built for the moment before the money moves.

Agency owners and performance leads

The client asks "can we scale?" and a renewal hangs on your answer. Blended ROAS won't survive that conversation. Bring scenarios instead: here's the forecast at current spend, here's what breaks at 2x, here's the payback either way. Every number traceable to its formula, so when the client's CFO asks how you got it, you show them. You stop being the person with an opinion and become the person with the model.

When you reach for it: A renewal is coming up, a client wants more budget, or an audit puts your last report in question.

Use it for: scale/no-scale recommendations, renewal defense, budget proposals, quarterly reviews.

Consultants and fractional CFOs

Every new client means the same modeling work from scratch. Cnario gives you the engineered version: pick the client's business model, enter their inputs, and get investor-style diagnostics in minutes. Standardized, defensible, and reproducible in front of anyone who asks for the inputs.

When you reach for it: A new engagement kicks off, a client wants a growth recommendation, or you're prepping a board-ready view.

Use it for: client diagnostics, engagement kickoffs, pricing and growth recommendations, board-ready scenario decks.

Ecommerce owners

Revenue is climbing and profit is a shrug. One channel looks like your winner, until you count the real cost of goods sold, and it turns out it has been underwater for months. Model it first. See whether new and repeat customers are actually profitable once COGS and ad spend are counted, what a returning customer is really worth, and whether the business leans too hard on repeat orders that may not come.

When you reach for it: Before you pour more into a channel, change your prices, or decide a best seller is worth pushing harder.

Use it for: channel profitability, repeat customer value, break-even checks, and catching a channel that only looks profitable.

SaaS and subscription founders

MRR is up and to the right, so the deck says everything is fine. Then churn quietly eats the cohort you paid to acquire, and payback runs longer than the average subscriber sticks around. Model the whole picture. See LTV against real churn, how long until a new subscriber pays for themselves, and what the numbers do if you double spend.

When you reach for it: Planning a raise, deciding whether to spend more on acquisition, or explaining why growth isn't turning into profit.

Use it for: LTV and churn modeling, payback period, CAC at higher spend, and comparing growth scenarios.

Marketers, paid traffic specialists and media buyers

Your dashboard says the campaign works: CPC is down, CTR is up, leads are flowing. Then someone asks the only question that matters: is it profitable? Cnario translates campaign metrics into business ones. Enter the funnel and the costs, and see CAC against real LTV, payback per channel, and what happens to profit if you push the budget. Walk into the next meeting with the number the owner actually cares about.

When you reach for it: Someone asks for more budget, questions a channel, or wants proof that good metrics are also good money.

Use it for: proving campaign profitability, budget requests, channel comparisons, "should we scale this" answers.

Solo founders and non-finance operators

You run the business and you're not a finance person, and every tool that promises answers either feels like a toy or needs a finance degree to drive. Enter what you know in plain numbers and get a clear read: are you above break-even, does acquiring a customer pay off, and where the warnings are flagging risk. If a number is uncertain because an input is missing, it says so instead of pretending to be sure.

When you reach for it: You're making a real money decision, a hire, ad spend, a price change, and "I think it's fine" is no longer good enough.

Use it for: break-even checks, pricing and hiring decisions, a sanity check before you spend, and catching where profit leaks.

Model your next decision

An AI can't do arithmetic on your business.

A language model is built to predict the next likely token, it doesn't compute a fact. If changing the prompt changes the answer, it was never a calculation. Pricing, hiring, ad budgets, break-even, they can't drift. Cnario runs hard-coded math that cannot hallucinate. Use AI to write the email. Use Cnario to decide whether to send the invoice.

Business decisions deserve engineering, not prediction.

You're about to raise prices, increase ad spend, hire someone, pitch investors, or launch a new marketing strategy. Every one of those decisions depends on numbers you can trust. In Cnario, every calculation is built on transparent business formulas you can inspect, verify, and understand. No AI-generated black box, only consistent calculations you can rely on when the stakes are real.

Transparent.

See the exact math behind any number on screen. Click on the number to see the formula.

Explicit.

Every assumption, from churn defaults to benchmarks, is visible.

Reproducible.

Walk a client or investor through how you got the number. They'll get the same one.

Why Trust a Product You've Never Heard Of?

Don't. Check it instead.

Cnario is new, and this market has earned your skepticism: too many tools show optimistic numbers, hide the math or provide generic results. So we built the opposite. You click on any number in the report, and you see how it was calculated. Every assumption is clearly stated. You can verify every calculation to understand how we got this number.

Don't trust it. Test it

What You Might Be Thinking

I don't believe ROI tools. They always show optimistic numbers.

Good, and you shouldn't. That's exactly why Cnario never shows a hero number without its inputs. Every result comes with its formulas, its assumptions and warnings.

My case is too specific for a generic tool.

That's why there are six separately engineered business models, not one universal form. A launch business, a subscription club, and a brick-and-mortar shop get different inputs, different logic, different diagnostics.

I'm not a finance person.

You don't need to be. Plain-language inputs, a glossary for every term, and diagnostics that you can verify. If a number needs a finance degree to interpret, we've failed.

This will be another tool I set up and never use.

There's nothing to set up. No integrations, no onboarding calls, no data project. Open it, type what you already know about your business, and you're looking at your unit economics before your coffee cools.

What if the numbers tell me something I don't want to hear?

Then you'll hear it while it's still cheap to fix. A hard truth in a model costs you nothing. The same truth discovered in your bank account costs you months. Cnario is calm about bad news, it shows you what would have to change, not just what's wrong.

Where do my numbers go?

In try-it mode, nowhere: your data lives in your browser and never leaves your device. Create an account, and your scenarios are stored privately in it. Your numbers are yours; they're never shared or sold.

Free usually means a paywall is coming.

Cnario is free while in early access, with no card required and no trial countdown. Paid plans will arrive later for heavier use, and a free tier stays. You'll never lose access to a model you've already built.
